Dosta means ”enough” in the variant of the Romani language spoken in the Balkans where the campaign was initiated. It is also a Council of Europe awareness raising campaign which aims to bring non-Roma closer to Roma citizens by breaking down the barriers caused by prejudices and stereotypes.
The main goal of the projects "Latvian Roma platform”" is to build cooperation and dialogue between Roma civil society, especially Roma youth, governmental and municipal institutions, employers, social partners and non-governmental organizations in order to ensure effective involvement of all relevant stakeholders in the development, coordination and implementation of the set of policy measures on Roma integration at the national, regional and local level.
