Basic information of the sector
The jurisdiction of the Ministry of Culture in the field of music is:
- To prepare proposals for the strategy of the state cultural policy in the field of music,
- To participate in the development and improvement of conceptual projects, legislation and regulatory enactments related to the music industry,
- To oversee the operation of the music institutions subordinated to and supervised by the Ministry of Culture;
- To develop proposals for allocation of funds from the state budget to the music industry,
- To cooperate with international music institutions,
- To develop proposals for drafting of agreements on international cooperation of the Ministry of Culture.
